Our standard shipping fee is 30 AED for all orders with standard size and standard weight products.  Over standard size and over standard weight products have specific shipping assigned to them or it is calculated after the order based on the fee from the shipping company.  Products that are oversized, heavy, or require a special shipping are excluded from our free shipping offer.  We ship our products within 48 hours of payment provided if the product ordered is in stock. 

 Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or major UAE holidays, except by prior arrangement.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and consider the shipping time as an estimate. We reserve the right to use alternative shippers such as the post office, local courier, etc. if we deem it more appropriate for your order.  However, you will not be charged any additional fees without first receiving an estimate and request to approve the charge. If you have a unique situation please contact our customer service and we will do our best to honor your request.
