Returns
All PPE, disinfectants, and Corona Virus-related products can’t be returned or refunded per our terms of condition. Returns are subject to our acceptance and approval. If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defective due to defects in manufacturing please email us customercare@biomagnamed.com within 2 days to request replacement or refund.
If you email us after 2 days we may accept the return but you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Before returning, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Report with the Invoice Number within the return period stated above. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not defective or fulfillment mistakes. Please be advised that if you discover an error prior to receiving an item purchased or upon receipt you determine an item ordered is incorrect or not what you wanted please email us directly as soon as possible.
If an order that you legitimately placed is refused at the time of delivery you will be subject to pay the total cost of shipping to deliver. Certain items are non-returnable. Custom manufactured items, items requiring refrigeration during transport, any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids that could be infectious or contagious.
Contact us if you have any questions about specific products. All items cannot be returned if opened or used. Any items that could be potentially infectious or contagious after using cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, incontinent briefs and under pads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes, and related items
